Refund Policy

Voiceless ships with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid term. If the app isn’t working for you, we’d rather refund you than keep an unhappy customer.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund of your first paid Pro subscription within 14 days of the original purchase. This applies to:
- Your first monthly Pro charge.
- Your first annual Pro charge.
If you’re outside the 14-day window, refunds aren’t automatic — see “Prorated refunds” below for partial refunds in special circumstances.
2. Free trial
Pro starts with a 14-day free trial that activates inside the desktop app. No card is required during the trial. If you don’t subscribe before the trial ends, no charge is made and the app falls back to the free Basic plan.
3. Renewal charges
Charges for subsequent renewal terms (the second month, the second year, etc.) are not covered by the 14-day guarantee. If you no longer want Pro:
- Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro access until the end of the current period.
- You can cancel from inside the app, from your
/accountpage on this site, or directly through the payment processor.
We don’t auto-refund missed cancellations. If you genuinely forgot and reach out within a few days of the renewal charge, email us — we’ll usually do the right thing.
4. Prorated refunds
Outside the 14-day window we may issue a prorated refund at our discretion in cases such as:
- A documented service outage that prevented you from using Pro features.
- Accidental duplicate charges.
- A subscription that renewed despite a successful cancellation request on our side.

5. How to request a refund
- Email support@voiceless.live with the email address you used to subscribe and the order ID (in your receipt).
- We respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from approval and arrive on your original payment method.
- After a refund, your Pro entitlement is removed; the app falls back to the free Basic plan.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be refused or limited where:
- The account shows signs of fraud, payment-card abuse, or repeated chargebacks.
- The same person has previously received a refund and re-subscribed solely to claim another refund.
- Local law explicitly excludes a refund right (rare; usually the opposite — local consumer law may give you stronger refund rights, which always apply over this policy).
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve the issue faster directly. Unsubstantiated chargebacks may result in account termination.
