Refund Policy

Voiceless ships with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid term. If the app isn’t working for you, we’d rather refund you than keep an unhappy customer.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund of your first paid Pro subscription within 14 days of the original purchase. This applies to:

If you’re outside the 14-day window, refunds aren’t automatic — see “Prorated refunds” below for partial refunds in special circumstances.

2. Free trial

Pro starts with a 14-day free trial that activates inside the desktop app. No card is required during the trial. If you don’t subscribe before the trial ends, no charge is made and the app falls back to the free Basic plan.

3. Renewal charges

Charges for subsequent renewal terms (the second month, the second year, etc.) are not covered by the 14-day guarantee. If you no longer want Pro:

We don’t auto-refund missed cancellations. If you genuinely forgot and reach out within a few days of the renewal charge, email us — we’ll usually do the right thing.

Outside the 14-day window we may issue a prorated refund at our discretion in cases such as:

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@voiceless.live with the email address you used to subscribe and the order ID (in your receipt).
  2. We respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from approval and arrive on your original payment method.
  3. After a refund, your Pro entitlement is removed; the app falls back to the free Basic plan.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve the issue faster directly. Unsubstantiated chargebacks may result in account termination.
